The nose offers hints of cherry, chocolate and red pepper, with moderate intensity. On the palate, the wine is well-rounded, with notes of dark chocolate and coffee, underpinned by lovely liveliness and freshness. The alcohol, whilst noticeable, blends harmoniously with the acidity to create a balanced whole. The supple tannins lead into a long and elegant finish.
