A clean nose with aromas of hazelnut, baked apple, raisins, cinnamon and pepper. On the palate, the wine is flavourful, with good concentration and notes of hazelnut. The alcohol is somewhat noticeable and the acidity lacks a little freshness. The balance is good, despite some slight shortcomings. The finish is clean and of moderate length.
