Tasting notes
A complex bouquet dominated by cherry, accompanied by hints of raspberry and redcurrant. Hints of dried flowers and mint add a vegetal freshness, enhanced by touches of vanilla, black pepper and toasted oak. Impressive fullness and length on the palate, balanced by fine acidity. The astringent, grippy tannins structure the whole with character.
