Tasting notes
The mouth-watering nose reveals notes of pastry, honey and sweets, accompanied by mentholated hints of eucalyptus and delicate scents of camomile. The palate has lovely acidity and freshness, but suffers from a somewhat pronounced bitterness and a sensation of dryness in the middle. The finish makes up for this with its fine length.
