Tasting notes
The initial nose is subtle, with aromas of stone fruit, apricot and peach, alongside notes of pear and pastry. On the palate, the attack is fresh and rich, with lively, high-quality acidity. The apricot flavour lingers, accompanied by honey, with a noticeable hint of bitterness. The overall impression is elegant, well-balanced and with good length.
