Tasting notes
A complex bouquet of liquorice, black pepper and mint, with hints of green pepper and oak. Ample and well-balanced on the palate, with elegant tannins and a lovely freshness. The whole evolves towards nuances of leather and undergrowth, with a lingering finish of charcoal accents.
