Tasting notes

An intense, complex bouquet opens with notes of cherry and pepper, underlined by vegetal nuances of eucalyptus and olive. The palate is beautifully fresh, with elegant tannins offset by a pronounced bitterness. Aromas of strawberry and ginger linger, accompanied by subtle hints of empyreum, in a long finish.
