Tasting notes
An intense bouquet dominated by cherry, supported by hints of redcurrant. Spicy hints of cinnamon mingle subtly with discreet oak. On the palate, fullness and roundness are balanced by fine acidity, offering a harmonious structure. However, the finish could do with a little more persistence, leaving an impression of unfinished business.
