On the nose, this wine reveals herbaceous vegetal aromas accompanied by fresh menthol notes. Intense apple flavours mingle with melon and lime. On the palate, the lovely freshness, fine mousse and suppleness offer finesse and elegance, but the somewhat pronounced bitterness unbalances the whole.
