Tasting notes
The nose reveals a complex and expressive bouquet, with elegant aromas of ripe and cooked black fruits, black cherry and blueberry, alongside notes of spices, cinnamon and cloves, as well as coffee. On the palate, the wine has a lovely texture, supported by acidity that lends it freshness. The alcohol is pronounced, whilst roasted flavours of coffee and cocoa unfold. The finish, characterised by a slight bitterness and remarkable length, rounds off this superb profile.
