Tasting notes
A complex bouquet with a delicate blend of herbal notes, pome fruit and floral touches. Hints of bark, asparagus and mint combine with subtle aromas of pear and apple. On the palate, an intense, elegant minerality balances out with finesse. Despite a length that could be improved on, the wine as a whole offers fine balance and a degree of complexity.
