A spicy bouquet of liquorice, vanilla and black pepper dominates, supported by notes of plum and black fruit. Vegetal nuances and a touch of mint add freshness. Elegant oak completes the ensemble harmoniously. On the palate, the intense acidity and generous fullness balance each other out, but the finish could do with a little more persistence.
